All Glow Factor products are cruelty free.

It's important to note that not all natural ingredients are safe and not all synthetic ingredients are unsafe. Where possible, we use ethically sourced and high concentrations of natural ingredients wherever we can, but we also rely upon our deep understanding of what ingredients (some of which are made in the lab) help support effective formulations and help skin glow best. We carefully regulate ingredients to make sure that products are formulated with skin beneficial, low hazard ingredients. Ingredients we do avoid include parabens, fragrances, denatured alcohol, sulfates, phthalates and mineral oil.

All of our products are vegan-friendly and do not use animal-derived ingredients.


Orders and Shipping

For international orders, payments can be made via PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we currently do not support international shipment at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience.

For orders placed in Malaysia, payments can be made via Billplz (FPX online banking), PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

Free international shipping for orders over $75 USD.

For domestic deliveries, we ship to all states in Malaysia

For international deliveries, we currently ship to these countries. However due to the pandemic, we currently do not support international deliveries at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience.

We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

For domestic orders, you can expect your order to arrive within the times provided below. Please note that these are only estimates and subject to changes:

  • 1-3 business days (West Malaysia)
  • 3-5 business days (East Malaysia)

For international orders, orders will reach your doorstep in 4-7 working days subject to your local customs clearance.

  • Please note that during holidays, new product launches, restocks and promotions, order processing times may be subjected to delays. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Domestic orders will be shipped via Gdex. We will send you the tracking detail thru email once your order ships.

As for international orders, kindly head to Aramex/ TNT Express/ SF Express page, depending on your shipping courier and insert your tracking number in the ‘tracking number' section to track your order.

Alternatively, you can head to our Track Your Shipment page and enter your tracking code there.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order once you receive your order confirmation. All successful orders which are already on their way are unable to be changed or reroute to another address.

Domestic orders, kindly send us an email together with your order number

International orders, kindly send us an email together with your order number

to  if orders do not arrive after 15 working days.

Yes, you will be responsible for any import duties that your country may require.


Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Otherwise, the item is considered sold.

Please note:

  - We cannot accept empty or nearly empty products.

  - We will only accept unopened, tested and gently used products.

  - We cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set.

  - We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.

 To complete your return, we require a receipt / an order number / proof of purchase.

If you need to return your item (the originally purchased item), send us an email at regarding your items.

We do not offer direct exchanges or refunds on Glow Factor products.
